How to book a meeting with an advisor
The process of setting up a meeting with a BANet advisor is simple. Just complete the on-line form and indicate a preferred date and time for this meeting to take place. These meetings are conducted during normal business hours (8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday). We will always do our best to meet your preferred date/time but occasionally we may need to contact you to reschedule the appointment.

Minimum Criteria
(read below if you don't meet these criteria)
Unfortunately we have a limited supply of free advisor time so we need to have some eligibility criteria to spread the workload. There are two eligibility criteria that we apply at the moment. Your business needs to meet ONE of the following minimum requirements:-
* Annual turnover of not less than $500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Dollars AUD)
OR
* A minimum of 5 full time employees (or Full Time Equivalent) including the MD/Owner(s).
If your company fails to meet one of the above then regrettably we are unable to accept your application.
What can I do if I don't meet these minimum criteria and need an advisor to visit me?
Firstly
DON'T PANIC ... if you need help but don't fit the criteria just send an enquiry using the
Contact Us page.
We recommend that you consider one of the BANet Workshops or Keynote Presentations and you can also get heaps of help if you register for the Virtual Advisor Newsletter on the right hand side bar of this page.
Some more information about meetings that you need to know:
Location Limitations
This service is limited to principal commercial Centres in Australia. Applications from remote regions and locations cannot always be accepted owing to excessive travel costs and time constraints. If your application cannot be accepted for geographic/location reasons we will inform you as soon as possible.
Attendees at the Meeting
These meetings should be held with the Managing Director/Owner/Company Principal. If other partners/shareholders/co-directors are involved in the management of the business then it is particularly important they also attend.
Proposals are sometimes made at these meetings that require all key decision makers to be involved. If they are not at this meeting all of the benefits of the process may not be obtained, and your time and effort, as well as that of the advisor, may be wasted.
Data Privacy Policy
The information we collect as part of your application will be used only for the purpose of setting up your meeting with an accredited advisor. We will not share the information with any other third party and we will not sell or rent the data collected in any form whatsoever for commercial gain.
We may retain the information you give us for generalised reporting purposes that will not identify you or your company (e.g. we may collate statistical data about the business issues most applicants raise on their application forms).
Cost
If you hold a sponsor supplied complimentary voucher then there is no fee payable for your advisor meeting. If you do not hold a voucher a number of advisors donate their time to help businesses each month, however their availability is limited.
